Cherry and Michelle have an extensive understanding of the effects of dementia and show that in the care and tenderness they show to those who come to the group. Not only do they relate well to their group members, they work well together and provide a friendly and safe place with a warm welcome to all who come. 

It is so reassuring to know that mum is in safe and caring hands. Michelle and Cherry are kind, professional and understanding. Whilst mum may not remember very much about her time at the day centre, I know that she will have enjoyed being with friends, laughing singing, joining in with activities and eating lunch. Absolutely priceless! Thank you x

The two ladies who run the group are excellent, they make the members interact well. Everybody has a go at all the activities. We all have fun, nobody feels left out or embarrassed. We all work as a team and encourage each other. Our spirits are kept up. Thank you for all you do. 

My wife comes to the centre on Mondays and Thursdays. She absolutely loves visiting the centre. She plays games, sings to the music and plays quizzes. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and caring. Norma loves them! We can’t recommend or thank them enough. 

Always Me has been a lifeline to myself and my mum who has Alzheimer’s. They take care of her as if she was their own mother. My mum loves going to the club. They look after her and do activities. Mum always comes home with a smile on her face and tells me all about the fun she has had there. As mum’s carer this gives me a break and if I ever need someone to talk to the staff are there and only too happy to help me. The staff are amazing and have become very good friends to me and mum. 

Mum has been attending since December 2020. It is easy to see she has been well cared for and has enjoyed herself as she always returns happy and uplifted. She now attends her “club” twice a week and thoroughly enjoys it – a very worthwhile experience for her and adding greatly to her quality of life. Thank you to Michelle and Cherry for providing excellent service. 

I have been a volunteer at Always Me since September 2021 and can honestly say what a positive and enriching experience it has been and still is 

I look forward to going each day due to the kind friendly and informative nature of Michelle and Cherry  who I work with , it makes every day an absolute pleasure.

we are lucky to have some amazing people who use Always Me too see the smiles on their faces as they enjoy the games and activities special entertainers and wonderful lunches always sends them and myself home  happy

Our father attends weekly and is always leaving with a big smile ,he enjoys a range of activities and varied hot lunches with dessert 

The team are friendly and attentive ,always offering high quality care and open to any feedback .
